MSC Cruises has published new images of its new flagship, MSC World Asia, previewing The Spiral @ Tree of Life, the attraction set to become the world’s longest dry slide on a ship. Currently under construction in the French shipyards of Saint-Nazaire, MSC World Asia will debut in the Mediterranean on December 4, 2026, with seven-night cruises calling at Genoa, Barcelona, Marseille, Messina, Civitavecchia, Naples, and Valletta.

The Tree of Life will be a steel structure ten meters high and weighing eight tons, inspired by Singapore’s famous technological trees. From here, a panoramic walkway will lead passengers to the entrance of the slide, which is an impressive 81 meters long, allowing them to descend rapidly through 12 decks to reach the main seafront promenade. In the evening, the entire area will come alive with over 150 meters of integrated LED lights and music, transforming into a grand meeting and entertainment spot for families and teenagers.
