MSC Cruises has announced significant updates to its winter 2027/2028 season programming, repositioning two of its most modern ships to optimize its offerings in the Western Mediterranean and Southern Caribbean.

MSC World Europa

Initially slated for the Middle East, MSC World Europa will remain in Europe to offer seven-night itineraries in the Western Mediterranean with embarkation from multiple strategic ports. The itinerary will call at some of the region’s most iconic destinations, combining art cities and coastal views including Barcelona, Marseille, Genoa, Civitavecchia, Messina, and Valletta. Thanks to its extensive indoor and outdoor facilities, such as the World Promenade, the World Galleria, and a wide array of dining and entertainment options for all ages, the ship proves ideal for winter season cruises as well.

MSC World Asia

The fleet’s new flagship, MSC World Asia, will instead be deployed in the Southern Caribbean with 7 and 14-night itineraries departing from Fort-de-France (Martinique), Pointe-à-Pitre (Guadeloupe), and Bridgetown (Barbados). The ship will visit highly captivating destinations such as Saint Lucia, Grenada, St. Maarten, Antigua and Barbuda, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Dominica, and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. On board, passengers can experience the brand’s most innovative attractions, including the Cliffhanger suspended swings, the largest Venchi chocolate experience at sea, and expansive panoramic spaces designed for warm climates.
