Regent Seven Seas Cruises Unveils New Culinary Offerings Aboard Seven Seas Prestige

Regent Seven Seas Cruises has announced a significant expansion of its culinary offerings onboard the Seven Seas Prestige, introducing the new open-air restaurant Solmar Terrace along with a completely redesigned menu for Azure and an evolution of the recipes at the celebrated Prime 7 steakhouse. Located on Deck 5, aft of the Compass Rose restaurant, Solmar Terrace is positioned as an exclusive yet refined casual daytime dining option. Open from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM, the venue will offer mezze-style appetizers, sushi, tapas, and a rich selection of yakitori from the grill, alongside small Asian-inspired dishes such as Korean short ribs and teriyaki pork, as well as traditional desserts like crema catalana and tres leches.

The Azure restaurant will feature a mezze menu designed for sharing, guided by culinary influences spanning from Europe to Africa and Asia. Among the proposed creations are miso-roasted eggplant, meat croquettes with piquillo peppers, gambas al ajillo, spicy watermelon and feta cold salad, lobster saganaki orzo, and duck confit leg. The dish structure has been designed to foster a convivial experience of flavor discovery throughout the voyage.

The onboard steakhouse Prime 7 will benefit from a significant update to its classics, drawing inspiration from renowned U.S. steakhouses like Daniel’s in Miami. The refreshed menu will introduce recipes such as honey-glazed smoked pork ribs, Lobster Thermador, halibut fish and chips with yuzu aioli, and rich sides like truffle mac and cheese. Desserts include lemon meringue pie and a spectacular 14-layer chocolate mousse cake with drunken cherries. These culinary novelties will debut exclusively on the Prestige before being rolled out to the rest of the fleet.

Overall, the flagship will offer travelers a curated gastronomic journey through 11 different dining experiences. Alongside the new introductions and themed venues, guests will rediscover the brand’s classics, including Pacific Rim, Chartreuse, Sette Mari at La Veranda, Pool Grill, and Coffee Connection, in addition to complimentary 24-hour in-suite dining available for all suites.
