MSC Cruises has unveiled the onboard entertainment program for MSC World Asia, the new flagship of the World Class series, set to debut on December 6th, sailing from Genoa to cruise the Mediterranean. The third unit in its class, the ship will be distinguished by a refined design inspired by Asian art and landscapes, introducing 13 entirely new or redesigned experiences and environments compared to its sister ship MSC World Europa. The offering will span various onboard venues, from the grand World Theatre to the Panorama Lounge, as well as dedicated spaces like Luna Park, The Harbour, and the new Clubhouse.

The highlight of the offering will be live music, featuring the daily performance of 33 musicians distributed across various points on the ship, including bands, soloists, roving performances, and the dueling pianos show. Original productions have been developed in collaboration with the new MSC Creative Studios in Edinburgh, the cutting-edge facility created by the company to select and train the best international talents in the industry.

Six major productions will be staged in the World Theatre, including three absolute novelties: La NoTte, a dreamy show with cinematic touches; Sensoria, a theatrical and circus journey dedicated to the five senses; and Ritmo Divino, a dramatic love story that blends flamenco with modern sounds. These will be joined by the live concert Hall of Fame, dedicated to pop music’s greatest hits. The Panorama Lounge will host grand symphonic arrangements such as the unprecedented Sunset Symphonic, which reinterprets well-known pop and dance tracks in an orchestral key, and the return of the celebrated Queen Symphonic, a tribute show to the legendary British rock band.
