Norwegian Cruise Line Announces the New 2020 Routes

Norwegian Cruise Line has launched sales of the 2020 cruises in the Greek islands and in Italy that will be carried out by the Norwegian Jade and will reach destinations such as Santorini and Mykonos, in Greece, and Montecarlo, Principality of Monaco. In addition, various multiscale itineraries are scheduled on board the Norwegian Spirit and Norwegian Sun.

The Routes of Norwegian Jade and the Debut of Athens Homeport

From 8 September 2020, Norwegian Jade will offer 10 or 11-day one-way cruises to the Greek islands, in Italy and the Mediterranean, arriving or departing from BarcelonaVenice and Athens.

Thanks to these multiscale itineraries, guests can discover two different ports of origin and visit a different destination everyday: Montecarlo (Monaco), Florence/Pisa(Livorno), Rome (Civitavecchia), NaplesMessinaOlimpiaSantoriniRhodes and Mykonos (Greece) and Kuşadası (Turkey).

In Asia with Norwegian Spirit

After the renewal of the ship, the result of an investment of several million dollars, the Norwegian Spirit will return to Asia from January, 2020. From 9 May to 21 December, 2020, it will set sail for cruises with a duration varying from 9 to 15 days and for the first time at the ports of Beppu, Kumamoto, Niigata and Nagoya, in Japan.

The Norwegian Spirit will also stay overnight in Tokyo and Kyoto (Osaka), Shanghai and Hong Kong, China. During these itineraries guests will be able to attend the Tokyo Summer Olympics, admire the autumn colors of the leaves in Taipei (China), visit the Longhua Temple, the largest in Shanghai, walk on the Great Wall, in the Forbidden City and in Tiananmen Square in Beijing (China) and travel the Love River in Kaohsiung.

Norwegian Sun Returns to Alaska

After three years, Norwegian Sun will return to Alaska on May 21st, 2020, where there are other ships of the company: Norwegian Bliss, Norwegian Joy and Norwegian Jewel.

The ship will offer 9 to 12-day cruises from Seattle via Sitka, Glacier Bay, Hubbard Glacier, Holkham Bay, Juneau and Ketchikan (Alaska), as well as Victoria (British Columbia). Guests can spend an entire day at Icy Strait Point , one of Alaska’s richest natural beauty destinations.

In April, 2018, Norwegian Sun underwent a full three-week renovation of the The Norwegian Edge program, with which the company is committed to raising the standard of excellence for the entire fleet. The experience on board has been improved in every respect and now the ship has renovated cabins and common areas, as well as three new premises: Los Lobos Cantina, Bliss Ultra Lounge and Spinnaker Lounge.
