Royal Caribbean returns in the UAE for the winter

For the winter season, Royal Caribbean International returns to one of the most popular destinations: the United Arab Emirates. The company from December 2019 to March 2020 will be in the Persian Gulf with the ship Jewel of the Seas to discover the site, through history, culture, adventure, luxury shopping, entertainment and the sea.

The ship’s homeport will be Dubai, one of the seven territories of the United Arab Emirates. A big, multicultural city, which in recent decades has grown dramatically and being transformed, offering today many opportunities for tourists: attend a show at the Dubai Opera, be able to see the city center from the top of the Burj Khalifa or spend the evening exploring the souks near the Creek channel.

What is considered the city of skyscrapers also guarantees fun and thrills for all age groups with attractions such as the Img Worlds of Adventure (the world’s largest themed covered water park), the Wild Wadi Waterpark (one of the water parks most famous of Dubai), Aquaventure, Bounce, the Dubai Aquarium, Ski Dubai, Legoland, the skydiving on Palm Jumeirah.

Another destination to discover on the tour is Abu Dhabi, the capital of the UAE. It is a city able to mix modernity, luxury and millenary traditions. In addition to the possibility of visiting ancient wonders such as the palace of Qasr al-Hosn, the symbol of Abu Dhabi, the city also offers the entertainment of the Yas Mall, one of the most innovative shopping centres in the world, stop for shopping and gifts.

The itinerary proposed by Royal Caribbean also includes a stop at Sir Bani Yas, a desert island in the city that hosts thousands of wild animals and magnificent desert landscapes.

The journey then continues aboard Jewel of the Seas to Muscat, capital of Oman, where guests can also visit the Mutrah Souq, a lively and colourful labyrinth of shops and artisans, to buy spices, jewels and ceramics.

The Radiance Class’ ship, which will spend the winter in the Arab Emirates, offers a wide range of entertainment onboard. Guests can choose to relax at the solarium pool, recharge energy in the Vitality Spa or in activities such as climbing on the climbing wall on board.

There will be night’s entertainment with Broadway-style shows, the Casino Royale and the gastronomic offer with 16 restaurants and bars.
