Virgin Voyages shows the second ship: the Valiant Lady

The Scarlet Lady had left Genova to being ultimate in Marsiglia; in the meanwhile, Virgin Voyages has announced the name of the second ship: Valiant Lady, that will ship on the Mediterranean Sea starting from May 2021 with seven-nights trips from Barcellona.

The booking for the Valiant Lady will open on the 19th of December this year. The routes are three and there will be late-night stops – as in Ibiza on Friday night – and will be possible to stop overnight in targeted locations such as Italy or French and Spain.

“We are excited to reveal our new ship’s name, the Valiant Lady and keeping ensure to our guests a valuable change in their cruises – said the Virgin Voyages CEO, Tom McAlpin – Our passengers will fall in love with the places and bring back home precious memories. There is no way to sail the seven seas if not on the Virgin’s cruises!”

In the meantime, is coming up the opening trip for the Scarlet Lady of the Richard Branson group. It will be ready in early 2020 and will have 110 thousand gross tonnages, a length of 278 meters and a width of 38 meters. The ship will sail for the Caribbean and will have some topic places such as the 78 Rock Star suites with a retro-futuristic design, far from the canonic looks of the cruise cabins; the main colours will be the blue and navy.

These two ships will be followed by other two that will be made in Fincantieri too in the port of Genova and that will be on the market between 2011 and 2023. These two new ships will have over 1,400 cabins to accommodate more than 2,770 passengers, assisted by a crew of 1,160 people.
