Oceania Cruises: Bookings Open for the 2028/2029 Voyages Collection

admin il 18 June 2026

Oceania Cruises has officially opened bookings for its 2028/2029 season, which includes over 230 itineraries ranging from 7 to 180 days. The key feature of this collection is the high level of immersion in the destinations, guaranteed by over 60 extended overnight stays (the so-called overnight stops) in major metropolises like Bangkok, Lisbon, Copenhagen, and Bali, as well as in smaller, more sought-after destinations such as Seville and Malé in the Maldives. The main segment will be Europe, with over 80 itineraries dedicated to the Mediterranean — the most varied selection ever offered by the company in this region — supplemented by grand tours among the Greek Isles, the Norwegian Fjords, and the Northern Capitals.

Among the most anticipated fleet novelties is the debut of Oceania Aurelia, formerly Oceania Nautica, which will be completely renovated and renamed at the end of 2027 as part of the OceaniaNEXT program. This ship will be the absolute protagonist of Grand Voyages, including the 2028 Around the World cruise departing from Miami and the 2029 one from Los Angeles, both arriving in New York. As for the other units in the fleet, Oceania Riviera will return to Alaska in the summer of 2028 before moving to Asia for a series of cruises focused on Japan, with calls at rarely visited ports like Kagoshima and Miyazaki, while Oceania Allura will return to the Mediterranean for a second winter season between November and March.

The programming will cover every corner of the globe with offerings designed for all types of travelers. Oceania Sonata and Oceania Vista will be based in Miami to offer vacations in the Caribbean, Mexico, and along the Panama Canal, with Vista also undertaking captivating 11-day autumn itineraries between Canada and New England. On the Asian and Oceanic fronts, Oceania Marina will join Riviera, alternating between the major markets of Singapore and Bangkok and two-week cruises between Australia and New Zealand, featuring spectacular navigations within the fjords of Milford Sound. Finally, there will be seven transatlantic repositioning cruises, including a captivating 15-day crossing by Oceania Sonata from Lisbon to Miami, calling at the Canary Islands and Madeira.
