Norwegian Cruise Line renews Jade and Gem: All the updates

Norwegian Cruise Line has unveiled newly renovated spaces aboard Norwegian Jade and Norwegian Gem, designed to offer an even more personalized experience consistent with fleet standards. Among the main interventions, the debut of the Vibe Beach Club stands out, an open-air oasis reserved for adults only, located on Deck 14, equipped with a private bar, whirlpool, over 50 sunbeds, and new cabanas.

Concurrently, the Mandara Spa’s Thermal Suite has been enhanced, now boasting triple the heated loungers, a charcoal sauna, ice and salt rooms, in addition to the new IV Lounge and Four-Senses sensory loungers. On Norwegian Jade, experiential showers, a cold plunge pool, and a new Starbucks outlet have also been introduced, while Norwegian Gem has seen the renovation of its whirlpool and thalassotherapy pool.

The two modernized ships are already ready to take their guests to some of the world’s most fascinating destinations for the summer and autumn seasons. Norwegian Jade is currently engaged in seven-day cruises between British Columbia and Alaska along the Inside Passage, before heading to Asia later this year; Norwegian Gem, on the other hand, offers immersive itineraries in the Mediterranean and among the Greek islands with departures from Civitavecchia and Ravenna, before moving to Tampa, Florida, from where it will offer voyages to the Caribbean and the Bahamas. As highlighted by NCL President Marc Kazlauskas, these interventions stem from directly listening to passengers’ wishes, ensuring the perfect blend of relaxation, well-being, and entertainment at sea.
